Position Summary

CIMCO is looking for a Sales Coordinator to administer Parts Sales quotes and process for our Western Region. This role will appeal to you if you are highly organized, proactive in your approach and take pride in the provision of exceptional customer service, are detailed-oriented, and are mechanically inclined.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service when taking orders, and problem solving in a professional manner
• Interacting with current suppliers effectively; quoting and opening job orders
• Quoting part and material sales to customers and internal sales support
• Navigating internal inventory systems and vendor stock and inventory
• Looking up parts and parts manuals for customers and sales account managers
• Learning from technicians and service sales to develop your knowledge of complicated mechanical systems
• Working with a variety of communication platforms: SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office and Teams, online portals excel, server library, text messages, emails, phone calls

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in working with parts for Refrigeration or HVAC industry (asset)
• Related customer service and/or sales Experience
• Professional communication skills, both interpersonal and digital
• Strong computer literacy
