Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain product catalog.
- Manage and create product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Responsible for content writing of item descriptions.
- Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to third-party marketplace platforms.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third-party marketplace platforms.
- Define and manage multiple marketplace channel pricing to minimize price conflict.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes:
- 1 year of marketplace management experience, preferably in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
- Goal-oriented and success-driven.
- Highly self-motivated with a will to learn and train.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiar with Google analytics.
- Familiar with Pay-Per-Click marketing.
- Demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Understanding of branding and product listing on marketplaces.
