Twisted Growers (TG) is a craft cannabis indoor cultivation, manufacturer, Tier 11 licensed, and wholesaler of top-tier cannabis products and services. Committed to excellence, we strive to deliver premium cannabis experiences to our valued recreational customers. At Twisted Growers, we are assembling a team of driven individuals dedicated to propelling our company to the forefront of the cannabis industry. This position is centered at our Lakeville, MA facility, emphasizing the role of a dynamic salesperson who will traverse Massachusetts to drive sales growth. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new sales and meeting revenue targets by acquiring new accounts, managing existing accounts, and providing comprehensive sales metrics and reporting for your designated regions each week.

Job Purpose

We seek an individual with experience in the Massachusetts cannabis market, established cannabis networks and relationships across Massachusetts. In this role, you will leverage these connections through networking, utilizing email, outgoing calls, and daily on-site visits to dispensaries in person as specified by management and events statewide. Our sales team will receive a weekly list of companies to target within each designated zone. With the state divided into four zones, our approach involves focusing on one zone per week, rotating systematically each month for follow-ups and reorders.

· Manage all sales efforts for wholesale accounts throughout the state to achieve monthly and annual sales revenue and gross margin targets.

· Engage in a significant volume of outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions, as well as active participation on cannabis B2B platforms. Utilize these channels for proactive selling efforts aimed at wholesale accounts, with a focus on cultivating and nurturing robust customer relationships.

· Schedule and participate in in person appointments with potential buyers daily.

· Develop and nurture new accounts while maintaining key customer relationships.

· Maintain shareable customer contact databases.

· Prepare and present sales reports to track leads and execute follow-up actions.

· Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained through effective sales tools, communication, and in-store visits.

· Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive product

landscapes.

· Networking Events: When asked will be required to attend industry-related conferences, trade shows, and networking events to connect with potential buyers, industry professionals, and decision-makers. These events provide valuable opportunities for face-to-face interactions and relationship-building.

· Travel Requirements: This role involves extensive travel within the entire state of MA.

· Content Marketing: Our marketing team provides valuable content to support our sales efforts. Sales team members are encouraged to collaborate with the marketing team if they wish to contribute. However, any public posts intended for marketing or advertising purposes must receive written approval from our marketing managers. Sales team members may participate in creating informative and engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, or case studies, that showcase our expertise in the cannabis industry. Before publishing, this content should be submitted to our Marketing team for approval and feedback. Once approved, it can be shared on our social media channels, B2B outlets and through email newsletters to attract and educate potential buyers.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, with at least 1 year in a B2B sales

channel within the cannabis industry.

· Strong understanding of cannabis laws, regulations, and industry dynamics, with the ability to stay updated on changes.

· Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic with a proven track record of driving

revenue and building customer relationships.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Previous experience exceeding sales quotas and knowledge of market trends and competition highly preferred.
