Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers visiting the dealership, providing a warm and welcoming experience
Respond to leads via internet and phone in a professional, friendly manner
Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of different units
Negotiate sales deals and persuade customers, ensuring transparency in pricing and trade-in value
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a smooth and efficient sales process for all customers
Follow up with customers post-purchase to guarantee satisfaction and encourage future business

Skills/Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
Team player with a positive attitude
Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Professional appearance and dress required
