Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, account management, and business development strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing key client relationships, and analyzing sales performance to ensure targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Experience
Proven experience in hospitality sales
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a department and drive results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
