Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business development, and achieving sales targets. This is a key leadership role within the organization, requiring strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Technical sales experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $124,375.00 - $138,258.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Travel requirement:
- Up to 25% travel
