Job Description

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and recruiting top-tier financial advisors? ProVision Brokerage, a leading Annuity IMO and multi-year "Dallas 100" member, is seeking an experienced National Sales Director to join our dynamic team.

About ProVision Brokerage: Founded in 2012 and led by industry veteran Eric Couch, ProVision Brokerage has achieved over $3 billion in annuity sales. As a National Sales Director, you'll play a key role in expanding our network of financial advisors while enjoying the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with advisors and partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong professional connections across the industry.
  • Help drive ProVision’s continued growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fixed and indexed annuities.
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
