Job Description

The be nice. Program Coordinator will oversee the successful planning and completion of the be nice. Program with clients. Their duties include cultivating client leads, onboarding and facilitating clients through the life of the program within their organization, facilitating trainings, and prioritizing program content creation and revitalization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
Experience in working with direct consumers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
Comfortable working in an open-office environment with high collaboration.
Comfortable working autonomously and leading projects.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous participation in program implementation to adults.
Previous experience in identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
Creative and self-motivated.
Experience with a CRM, google suite, powerpoint, design platforms such as canva, adobe, creative cloud.
Experience with public speaking and audience engagement and management.
A passion for mental health, illness and suicide prevention education.

JOB DUTIES:

Account management of be nice. Business, Teams and Schools.
Ensuring customer success with be nice. programming and their liaisons/champions.
Increase yearly participation in the be nice. Program (lead generation and sustainability).
Maintain MHF CRM (Less Annoying) with program leads, program progress and renewal status.
Be the enthusiastic connection between the be nice. Program and organizations’ be nice. Liaisons.
Work with Program Director to expand be nice. Programs.
Work with other Program Coordinators to increase be nice. activities and awareness within organizations.
Assist with planning and facilitation of the yearly be nice. Symposiums Events.
Assist with the be nice. online Portals (CraftCMS).
Attend meetings, events, workshops, conferences, 3 party fundraisers as approved or assigned.
Assist with other collaborative projects as assigned.

JOB LOCATION:
