YOUR ROLE

As part of the Demand Management team, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for entering and managing all wholesale customer orders for the Aldo/APS Brands. We aim to ship on time and with the highest level of accuracy to our customers, while providing visibility of issues and delays to our internal teams.

We are looking for a motivated, curious & organized associate to join this team.

  • Processes & monitor wholesale customer outbound orders in SAP
  • Maintain an accurate order-book and provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders, using SAP & BI tools, and various ad-hoc Excel reports, as required
  • Understand and manage specific customer requirements with regard to delivery SOP
  • Closely monitor customer order book to ensure demand is captured for production
  • Communicate with DC & logistics teams to understand delays and minimize impact to customers
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure outbound order accuracy and on time fulfillment
  • Provide Best In Class service by responding to customer enquiries clearly and efficiently, confirming all orders issues and delays
  • Maximizes sales opportunities by answering product and operational enquiries and suggest products where applicable
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, customer claims and other issues as necessary
  • Support team members with other tasks/training as required

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bilingual, French and English essential
  • Must possess excellent organisational skills
  • Must be comfortable in Microsoft Office suite and excited to learn new software systems as needed
  • Must be able to process and manipulate large amounts of data with accuracy
  • Effective communication skills essential
  • Willing to support team member as required
  • Previous customer service experience in a wholesale environment preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
