We are seeking a strategic and organized Manager with a strong focus on business development to join our team. As the Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in daily operations, client satisfaction, and team productivity, while actively driving initiatives that promote growth, increase revenue, and expand our client base..   • Team Leadership: Manage and support office staff to enhance productivity, engagement, and alignment with business goals.
  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement growth strategies with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and expand our reach. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support long-term company growth.
  • Customer Relations: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that build brand awareness and attract new clients. Contribute ideas for promotions, events, and content to engage potential customers.
  • Operational Management & Budgeting: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure resources are used effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and analyze trends to provide actionable insights on customer feedback, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Report regularly to leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience: Proven experience in office management, business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities with an emphasis on motivation, collaboration, and performance.
  • Business Development Mindset: Strategic thinker with experience identifying new business opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to support business growth initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Management: 3 years (preferred)
  • Business development: 3 years (preferred)

Location:

  • Toronto, ON (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
