- Team Leadership: Manage and support office staff to enhance productivity, engagement, and alignment with business goals.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement growth strategies with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and expand our reach. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support long-term company growth.
- Customer Relations: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that build brand awareness and attract new clients. Contribute ideas for promotions, events, and content to engage potential customers.
- Operational Management & Budgeting: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure resources are used effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and analyze trends to provide actionable insights on customer feedback, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Report regularly to leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience: Proven experience in office management, business development, sales, or related roles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities with an emphasis on motivation, collaboration, and performance.
- Business Development Mindset: Strategic thinker with experience identifying new business opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to support business growth initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
