POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a service-oriented and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant, the key outcomes you will be responsible for are: delivering exceptional customer service to ensure remarkable client experiences and promote client loyalty, contributing to salon revenue targets by consistently achieving individual sales expectations & upholding our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee. OBJECTIVES

  • Provide outstanding customer service, going above and beyond for each client.
  • Drive client retention and loyalty by listening to and learning about clients, addressing them by first name, and making them feel welcomed and valued in every visit.
  • Create Wellness Plans for clients by matching them with the appropriate autopay plan and products.
  • Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Per Client Average, Member Conversion Percentage, and salon sales targets.
  • Promote salon services, upcoming events, and retail products to hit targets.
  • Maintain salon cleanliness to our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards.
  • Be a contributing member of the sales team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Enforce and follow all state and federal regulations around sunbed use and UV exposure.
  • Uphold and adhere to Slick Rock Tanning & Spa’s core values.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and the ability remain calm when resolving client grievances.
  • Ability to consistently be at work, meetings, and appointments on time and ensure work responsibilities are covered if/when absent.

  • Demonstrates proficient computer skills and a deep understanding of MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite, or similar software programs.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
  • Ability to inspire the trust of others and work with integrity to uphold organizational values.
  • Demonstrates persistence and ability to overcomes obstacles.
  • Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and supports and explains reasoning for decisions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service required
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods standing, walking, bending, or kneeling
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs at a time

Pay: $16-28 hourly w/ commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shifts
  • 3, 4 or 5 days per week

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
