We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Marketing SupportSpecialist to help us grow and enhance our customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team by managing leads, preparing quotes, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Collaborate with company owner on marketing efforts and sales initiatives.
- Develop marketing campaigns utilizing A/B testing
- Update and maintain HubSpot CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy for effective tracking and reporting.
- Maintain website and support online shop with order tracking
- Support marketing efforts by creating content, managing social media, and coordinating events.
Experience
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or marketing support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM and Wix; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Must be a 2A advocate, preferably member of gun rights associations

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
