Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is instrumental in managing incoming calls and digital communications to convert inquiries into scheduled in-home sales appointments. This role is a critical first touchpoint for prospective customers, requiring a blend of sales acumen and customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle inbound communications including phone calls, emails, and text messages to engage potential customers.
- Qualify and convert leads into appointments using detailed knowledge of company services.
- Utilize call center technologies to enhance customer interactions and streamline communication processes.
- Maintain high engagement levels and persistent follow-up routines with leads through CRM systems to nurture potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead acquisition and conversion strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a call center or a phone-based customer service role with a strong focus on sales.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejections without impacting customer service quality or losing morale.
- Self-motivated with a drive to improve personal performance and achieve company goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Familiarity with call center software features like automatic call distribution (ACD), interactive voice response (IVR), and call monitoring tools.
- Experience with VoIP systems, ensuring flexibility and effectiveness in handling calls from various platforms.

- Effective use of call scripting to ensure consistent and professional customer communication.
- Ability to utilize automatic call distribution (ACD) to manage high volumes of incoming calls efficiently.
- Skilled in employing IVR systems to guide callers through a streamlined process, enhancing customer experience and directing them to the appropriate services or personnel.

Compensation:
- This position is a full-time salaried position at $60k with $20-30k of bonus opportunities per year
- Benefits package (eligible to begin 60 days after start-date) includes: platinum level medical, dental, vision, basic life, short term and long-term disability
- 401k with 3% match
- Paid holiday, sick leave, and vacation days
