Summary:
The Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery is a distinguished leader in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, renowned for exceptional patient care and innovative techniques. We seek an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our integrated sales and marketing efforts across all divisions, driving growth and elevating our brand.
As the Director of Sales and Marketing at our high-end plastic surgery practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand recognition, and increase patient acquisition at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery, Q the Medical Spa, Quatela Center for Hair Restoration, and Longevità Medical. You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, working closely with surgeons and the management team to achieve business objectives and maintain our position as a leader in the industry. This role demands a strategic leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing, a strong understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the practice's goals and objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth.
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to enhance and maintain the brand image through strategic marketing, public relations, and promotional activities, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, recognition, and increased market share.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Apply insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, internal advertising, social media, and events to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Oversee the development of creative content, including website copy, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with clinical staff, administrative teams, and surgeons to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with operational goals and patient care standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment that supports cross-departmental and organizational initiatives.

- Collaborate with surgeons and marketing team members to ensure marketing materials accurately represent the practice's services and brand image.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Lead, manage, and hold sales and marketing teams accountable.
- Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to team members to optimize their performance.
- Set clear goals, provide regular performance feedback, and ensure that team members are motivated and aligned with the organization’s objective.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Partnership Development and Management:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, such as luxury hotels and lifestyle brands.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to maximize exposure and revenue opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences and training events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and standards.
- Nurture relationships with referring physicians, medical spas, and other strategic partners to drive patient referrals.
Budgeting and Analytics:
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop the sales and marketing budget.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI).
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Provide regular reports to the Executive Director of Operations and Leadership Team, and adjust strategies as needed based on performance and market feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to the practice's management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or luxury services industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the plastic surgery market and competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in managing and holding accountable a sales and marketing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights and make informed decisions.
- Experience in coordinating marketing efforts across various divisions and ensuring brand consistency.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to achieving business goals.
