Account Manager - Etairos Care at Home
Etairos Care at Home is seeking a highly driven and energetic Account Manager to promote our non-skilled home care services within the Broward county area. This role is primarily field-based, requiring proactive outreach through cold calling and cold meetings with key referral sources, including case managers, social workers, and Executive Directors at assisted living and independent living facilities.
The Account Manager will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with these professionals to generate new client referrals and enhance our presence in the community. Additionally, this role will require innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies for growth in the assigned area.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $50K-$75K (depending on experience)
- Commission: Earn commissions for each client referred

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent Etairos Health professionally in all interactions with clients, referral sources, and community members.
- Actively engage in fieldwork, making daily sales calls and visits to targeted referral sources.
- Build and nurture relationships with case managers, social workers, and Executive Directors at assisted living and independent living facilities.
- Attend local and community events to connect with seniors and their care providers.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to grow the assigned area and meet referral and patient admission goals, focusing on Private Duty patients.
- Generate daily Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Reports, with weekly reporting to the Sales Manager and CEO.
- Collaborate with Operations, Intake, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth communication and referral processes.
- Adhere to processes that measure, assess, and improve sales and marketing performance, including call planning and quarterly business planning.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and meet or exceed accreditation standards by implementing best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager and CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and planning skills for sales and marketing activities within assigned areas.
- Preferred: Experience in Private Duty Home Health.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our market presence and increase client referrals in the assigned area.
- Ability to research and identify new account opportunities and prospects.
- Proven ability to work independently in building customer relationships while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in field/outside sales, preferably in the medical or home care industry.
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, internet usage, email, and CRM software.
- Must provide personal transportation and be willing to drive significant distances as part of regular duties.
