Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target potential clients through direct sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles; inside sales experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with technology sales is preferred; experience in product demos is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
