The Role:

As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and helping our team grow by promoting our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

Contacting prospective customers via phone to offer information about our heating and cooling solutions
Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team
Contributing to team goals and targets in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in every call

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients
Self-driven, goal-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to work
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
Sales experience with a focus on telemarketing and inside sales
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
