Snoozy Territory Sales Manager -Western New York
Pay Range: $55,000 to $75,000+, inclusive of performance-based bonuses
Job Purpose
Snoozy is looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead the growth of our brand in the Capital Region. This role centers on identifying and connecting with prospects, presenting the Snoozy portfolio, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, self-driven, and embraces servant selling—providing exceptional value to customers and prospects.
You’ll be instrumental in driving sales while offering valuable insights into market conditions, customer needs, and competitive forces. This is a remote position with a primary focus on fieldwork. Reliable transportation is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary Focus: Drive Snoozy’s sales growth in the Western New York.
- Region Includes: Finger Lakes, Greater Niagara, and Chautanguea
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities, trends, and risks.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the territory.
- Conduct an average of 20 sales visits per week with retail partners and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Represent Snoozy at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Plan and execute pop-up events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Communicate regularly with Sales Director to share market insights and updates.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement and maintain effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive business growth.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Flexible schedule with availability for some evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and transport promotional materials, such as boxes, tents, and other supplies.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the CPG or cannabis industry is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with pop-up events and promotions.
- Familiarity with retail and promotional marketing strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary:$55,000 to $75,000+, inclusive of performance-based bonuses.
- Unlimited PTO.
Position Type & Work Expectations
- Full-time, exempt position.
- Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends as needed.
- 80% of time spent in the field visiting customers and attending events.
Work Environment
- Field-based role requiring regular travel to retail locations, events, and meetings.
- Must have access to a secure home office with reliable internet for virtual meetings and reporting.
