Summary of Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for the Branch Manager is to be a leader in the fluid power industry that is experienced in customer service and operations who can oversee a team and drive service center performance. This role involves managing operations, coaching staff, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s commitment to excellence and growth.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead customer service/inside sales, front counter sales, service and warehouse staff.
- Willingness to be a working manager who can back fill staff and serve the customer
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Work closely with outside sales and customers to support all incoming opportunities
- Learn and understand companies ERP system
- Perform employee reviews
- Ensure showroom is in top notch and look for creative ways to market products
- Establish and track branch goals
- Manage and follow up with all current orders
- Manage appropriate inventory levels
- Assist with yearly budgets and profit/loss statement
- Other duties assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications: Basic understanding of the fluid power industry. Excellent Communication Skills; Highly Motivated Self Starter; Detail-Oriented; High-level of Computer Proficiency including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Pay: $65,007.00 - $70,734.00 per year
