What You’ll Do:
Are you driven to create unforgettable dining experiences and grow a thriving catering business? As Catering Sales Manager at BIBIBOP, you'll lead our catering sales efforts, connecting our vibrant, flavorful offerings with new audiences. You’ll oversee the entire sales process—from prospecting to client acquisition and account management—while collaborating with our Regional Catering Manager and leadership team to ensure top-notch quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Growth
- Sales Strategy: Design innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and exceed targets.
- New Business: Seek out corporate clients, event partnerships, and community collaborations.
- Close Deals: Lead presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new clients.
Account Management
- Client Loyalty: Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Customized Solutions: Align catering services with client needs, budgets, and preferences.
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Collaborate with Marketing: Execute catering promotions and attend industry events to expand brand visibility.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Train & Motivate: Equip the team to maintain high standards and foster continuous improvement.
- Analyze & Report: Track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and suggest enhancements to boost results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related experience (preferred)
- Proven success in catering sales or food service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, with a commitment to driving revenue.
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
