Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our various programs . This role involves administrative tasks, program management, and relationship management.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise program staff to ensure a top notch client experience
-Ability to work well with a diverse population of families
-Develop a professional rapport with students and parents of students by engaging in effective conversations and email communication
-Communicate well with other members of the studio administrative team, Sales Manager, and owners to maximize the lesson experience
-Proficiency in G Suite
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Critical thinking and problem solving skills
-Self motivated and goal oriented
- Oversee program enrollment goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Coordinate program activities and events
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with a diverse group of clients with various goals
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in program development and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Outgoing personality and patience to clearly communicate with students and families of all ages
-Reliable, responsible personality
-Previous work experience in a music studio or music retail store preferred

Pay: $20.54 - $24.74 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
