Job Description

Our Metro Atlanta Facility is seeking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager with a proven track record of handling challenging client relationships. We are committed to delivering unparalleled solutions to our clients. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with key clients. This position requires an individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, who can navigate through challenging situations and ensure realistic expectations are set. If you thrive in high-pressure situations and have a background in managing difficult clients, we want to hear from you. This is not a sales position and does not involve sales.

Required Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Proactively manage and address difficult client situations, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to de-escalate tensions.
  • Draw upon previous experience in handling challenging situations, such as high-stakes negotiations, attorney-client relations, or diplomatic negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with the company's capabilities and offerings.
  • Effectively communicate limitations and set realistic boundaries with clients.
  • Formulate calibrated queries to extract valuable information.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the scope of services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Background in handling difficult client situations, with experience in high-stakes negotiations, attorney relations, or diplomatic interactions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate through challenging scenarios.
  • Adept at the skill of crafting well-calibrated and insightful questions.
  • Proficient in diplomatically managing client expectations, even when the answer is negative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Previous experience with airline industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, negotiations, communication, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
