Account Manager

Quantronic is an electronic contract manufacturer working with leading edge technology, specializing in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly. We have been in business for 25+ years serving customers in the industrial, medical, aerospace and communications industries. We are seeking self-driven individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing outstanding customer service. They are a dedicated and personable account manager that will support us in maintaining current and new customer accounts.

  • Serves as a main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long term partnerships
  • Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Ability to generate new leads and contacts through business to business cold calling.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives set by the Sales Manager


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a sales account manager required
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Comfort and proficiency in phone communication is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Pass background checks
