Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in government sales and account management, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients while driving business growth. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage a diverse work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
- Manage key accounts and foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

Skills
- Proven experience in sales within the government sector.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for effective sales tracking.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and identifying new market opportunities.
- Experience in government sales with a solid understanding of product features and benefits.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on providing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve company objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
