Job Description: As the Inside Sales Supervisor at Wellfit Technologies, you will lead our sales team towards achieving exceptional sales results. This role involves a blend of active sales duties, including deal closing and territory management, with the leadership of an inside sales team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and executing strategies that lead to the closure of deals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate an inside sales team to exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating high-value business opportunities.
- Actively engage in the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Develop and implement closing strategies for high-profile accounts, including negotiations and finalizing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and capitalize on market trends.
- Train and mentor team members on effective sales and closing techniques.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, using insights to optimize sales strategies and practices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales and achieving sales quotas.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
