Ridgewood by Heritage Communities is Hiring!
Our Director of Sales Will:
- Organize personal tours, events, and private meetings to collaborate with individuals and families to understand and meet their needs.
- Work with all teams to enhance the resident experience and grow the community through marketing, prospecting, and referrals.
- Manage the move-in process ensuring agreements are understood and facilitate new resident orientations.
- Develop and maintain processes that maintain safety, protect confidential information, and meet state and local regulations.
- Cultivate positive relationships throughout the community.
Our Director of Sales Has:
- Ambition to serve our mission of supporting individuals and families as they navigate challenging and ambiguous situations involving emotions and conflicts.
- An internal drive to get results.
- 2+ years in a sales or a sales support role (senior living, housing or similar industry experience preferred).
- Worked with a CRM and other technologies to track data.
- The ability to travel throughout the local community and maintain a safe driving record and valid Driver’s license.
