About us: Polynesian Adventure is the premier operator of sightseeing tours and private transportation in Hawai'i. We offer charter and tour services to the most sought-after locations in the Hawaiian islands, including breathtaking Haleakala and Road to Hana tours on Maui.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Polynesian Adventure, you will be instrumental in fostering client relationships and overseeing daily operations to drive sales and profitability. Your focus will be on managing key accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and helping position Polynesian Adventure as a premier provider in the charter bus industry.
In this role, you will identify client transportation needs, deliver timely and accurate quotes, and collaborate with Operations and Accounting to ensure seamless trip experiences. This position places you at the forefront of our sales initiatives, working with universities, tour operators, and corporate clients to shape the future of travel.

Wages:
  • From $23/hr - $25/hr
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations & Sales:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Polynesian Adventure’s charter services to offer customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-level customer service.
  • Provide accurate, timely quotes within 24 business hours, ensuring responsive support for client inquiries.
  • Promotion & Representation:
  • Act as an ambassador for Polynesian Adventure, promoting our brand as the top choice for charter transportation in the community and industry.
  • Nurture our reputation by delivering exceptional service and building brand loyalty.
  • Operational Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure resources align with client needs, accommodating special trip requirements as necessary.
  • Process and review new charter orders to ensure all details are precisely managed for an excellent client experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or customer service, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
