Job Description
HK Solutions Group - CME is seeking a Residential Sales Manager. This position is based in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives within an assigned territory through prescribed sales techniques and will create new and cultivate existing strategic partner relationships.
Essential Job Functions
- Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Increase sales through targeted, professional sales and marketing campaigns to meet territory targets.
- Ensure profitability of accounts through proper pricing, contract management and service time.
- Support customer profitability and effectiveness through tailored solutions; sell all applicable CME product lines while leveraging appropriate pricing components to secure profitable business.
- Serve as a point of contact for homeowners who need a solution for issues noted withing their homes sewer lateral line.
- Conduct customer education and product information meetings to ensure the customer is knowledgeable regarding product offerings and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a liaison between assigned customers and servicing branches to facilitate issue resolution (accounts receivable, billing, and service).
- Continually acquire new product knowledge and selling skills. Keep abreast of the market demands and competitive issues and offers; leverage knowledge to assist in the development of effective customer sales campaigns and target efforts.
- Ensures that all sales actions comply with all regulations and HK Solutions Group - CME policies/processes.
Required Skills & Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills; ability to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid US driver’s license
- Residential TV/Camera skills
Preferred Skills & Abilities
- Kentucky Journeyman License
- BS2 sales experience
- Plumbing background/experience
- 10-hour OSHA or 30-hour OSHA
- Computer skills
- Blueprint reading
- Master Kentucky Journeyman

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
