Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Sales Assistant to help us manage our growing sales in the Insurance and Restoration market. We need help quoting, researching prod0ucts, completing jobcosting paperwork and reporting sales. There will also be some measuring and estimating work. This job will start out part-time with flexible hours, with weekends free. There is room to advance as our sales grow. Some office and jobsite time will be required, but some work can be done from home as well. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, CAD, and Trello, however experience with specific software is not required - we will train on the job.

Duties:

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer records
Prepare client quotes
Assist with insurance reporting on restoration work
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Assist with account management activities, including maintaining client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
Catalogue and maintain a library of flooring/tile samples
Assist with invoicing and jobcosting

Requirements:

Computer experience
Administrative experience
Minimum high school diploma, some post-secondary or bachelors preferred
Familiarity with Office software preferred
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Must have an appreciation of a good Scottish accent
