We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives.
**Duties:**
- Source/Secure contracts
- Hire/Train candidate
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Utilize project management skills to ensure timely delivery of services
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and progress
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related fields
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
