To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

1. Outside Sales: Ability to actively seek out new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

2. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms for both the company and the client.

3. Business Development: Proven experience in developing new business opportunities and expanding client base.

4. Spanish Language: Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable as it will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

5. Account Management: Ability to manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

6. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing site conditions, understanding environmental factors, and incorporating them into design plans.

7. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, address their concerns, and provide exceptional service.

8. Market Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of current landscaping trends, materials, and techniques.

9. Salesforce: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management and customer relationship management.

10. Technical Sales: Ability to explain complex design concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,029.88-$150,000.00 per year
