TikTok leading TSP, supporting multiple US top fashion/beauty brands in live and videos, which just completed a $2M angel funding round. In the past month, we ranked first in the TikTok live fashion category in the U.S.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier livestream host candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for sales position. Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing insightful feedback to hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand the skills and qualities required for success in sales roles. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline and improve the recruitment process.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates' sales skills effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
