Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, overseeing their accounts and ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
2. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensure that projects are executed according to client specifications and company standards.
3. Sales Support:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their needs.
4. Client Communication:
- Regularly communicate with clients regarding project status, updates, and any potential issues.
- Conduct follow-up meetings to gather feedback and assess client satisfaction.
5. Problem Resolution:
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to management as necessary while maintaining open communication with clients.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better serve clients.
- Provide insights to management regarding client needs and potential areas for service improvement.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and communications in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
8. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to overall business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
