We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative to join our Farmers Insurance agency. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients by assisting them with their business insurance needs, answering questions, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims
• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Process insurance applications and payments
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE: Active General Lines Property and Casualty license.
• MUST HAVE or BE WILLING TO OBTAIN: Life, Health, Accident, and HMO license
• MUST HAVE: Minimum 4 years of Commercial Insurance account manager experience
• MUST HAVE: Experience working in an office environment
• MUST HAVE: Strong knowledge of insurance coverages
• MUST HAVE: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• MUST HAVE: Friendly and outgoing personality with a professional phone voice
• MUST HAVE: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• MUST BE ABLE TO: Pass a background check
• PREFERRED: Bachelors Degree
• PREFERRED: Candidates with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
• PREFERRED: Experience with AMS360 or Applied Epic

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
