As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads. ```Responsibilities:```
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits
- Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions and provide additional information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

```Skills:```
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong business development skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling and cold calling techniques
- Knowledge of technology sales or inside sales is a bonus
