“Southern California Coatings & Construction Inc.”, is a construction Company located in the City of Whittier and is a small office environment.
Southern California Coatings & Construction Inc, has been in business for over 30 years.
We specialize in maintaining communities (stucco repairs, painting, wood replacement, welding, water proofing, decks/balconies etc.)
Qualities/Skills Preferred:
- Knowledge in QuickBooks.
- Accounting Experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication to be applied when answering phone calls and emails.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize.
Daily Tasks would include, but not be limited to:
- Communicating with our team & customers via Email & Phone
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Bank reconciliation, entering payroll into quickbooks.
- Data Entry using Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Assist with proposals and inspection requests.
- Organize and maintain job folders (paper and digital).
- Track long term job progress/ job costing.
- Job Scheduling.
- Coordinating inspections.
This is a small office environment.
