ELB U.S., Inc. seeks Strategic Accounts Manager in Long Island City, NY. Establish and define the company’s long-term strategy for the new Customer Experience Center (CEC). Develop process improvement initiatives and use legal account management methodologies to find efficient ways to improve the organization and work performance. Responsible for strategic design for the development of the overall legal process for the CEC. Develop, assess, and negotiate contracts on services terms and conditions and documents for the division. Locate and vet the best suited clients for our products and services and prepare and review contracts with clients. Expedite and review contracts from our suppliers and clients, ensuring consistency of contract terms with our new client base. Lead and review best practices to enhance ELB’s contract review processes. Responsible for the effective organizational development of a beta program for the successful running of the CEC. Direct the development or implementation of policies and procedures related to compliance throughout the CEC division. Identify compliance issues that require further investigation and resolution. Work with internal staff to ensure the day-to-day business aspects of running the CEC division go smoothly, as well as ensure correct execution of information in contracts and communications. Review emerging compliance law and discuss with staff to ensure that management and employees are informed about compliance reporting systems, policies, and practices. Communicate with CEC staff and other departments regarding the importance of meeting compliance requirements when working with those specific agencies prior to the CEC interaction. Verify that the appropriate software technology is in place to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas, coordinating with product specialists for needs analysis for client requirements. Design and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards. Review processes for
compliance and improvements. Stay abreast of industry changes, trends, and best practices through attendance at networking events and seminars. Review communications, such as sales and advertising, to ensure there are no violations of standards or regulations. Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities and develop an operations and compliance manual to assist in the development of additional locations. Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.

Requires a Master’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field and 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience leveraging and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and yearly spend data to optimize service, labor, and hardware costs. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to provide external reports to customers. Experience analyzing and managing budgeting along with resource planning over multiple projects across several business lines. Experience addressing escalation by collaborating and linking stakeholders within multiple teams. Experience managing large global business organization accounts with over 10M in revenue. Experience negotiating and reviewing account legal documentation including Inbound Services Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Amendments to existing Agreements. Experience serving as point of contact for customers regarding all legal and financial related topics including Purchase Orders and Invoices. Telecommuting is available for this position. $140,483 per year.
