Base Salary: $60,000
Expected Annual Commission For A Performing General Manager: $40,000
Target Annual Earnings: $100,000
We’re not just opening another yoga studio—we’re introducing YogaSix to Burlington, and we’re looking for a driven, passionate Sales Manager to be the heart of our brand-new location. As our Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in introducing the YogaSix experience to Burlington, creating excitement, building connections, and fostering a community of members who are committed to their wellness journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Studio’s Grand Opening Efforts: Drive pre-opening sales, memberships, and build hype leading up to our grand opening. Plan and execute launch events to engage the local community.
- Be the Face of YogaSix Burlington: Connect with local businesses, organizations, and yoga enthusiasts to spread the word about our new studio.
- Drive Membership Sales & Conversions: Turn leads into lifelong members by showcasing the benefits of YogaSix’s inclusive and modern approach to yoga.
- Create a Welcoming Yoga Community: Foster an environment where members feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow their practice.
- Execute Grassroots Marketing & Community Engagement: Host pop-up events, fitness challenges, and partnerships with local businesses to build brand presence.
- Optimize Sales & Membership Processes: Build efficient systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and member engagement to maximize conversions.
- Support Daily Studio Operations: Be hands-on, assisting with everything from member check-ins to class schedules to ensure smooth studio operations.

- Experienced Studio Opener: You’ve been part of launching a new boutique fitness studio and know how to hit the ground running. You understand the excitement and challenges of building something new.
- Sales Superstar: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales goals. Your passion for fitness and wellness drives your ability to convert leads into loyal members.
- Community Builder: You’re skilled at creating meaningful connections and building a strong, engaged community.
