Branch Sales Manager

Lighting Unlimited is a rapidly growing, family-owned commercial lighting distributor located in Central Phoenix with three additional branches located throughout the Valley. Our goal is to provide customized lighting solutions to our customers through our passionate and expertly trained lighting specialists.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and driven leader to join our Store Sales team in N. Scottsdale. In this role, you will lead a small team in our highest volume store to grow our existing contractor customer base.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals and objectives

· Drive business development initiatives to increase market share

· Manage and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth

· Lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets

· Build and maintain strong relationships through effective account managements

· Conduct sales activities to expand the customer base

· Negotiate agreements with clients

· Provide technical sales support to staff and customers as needed

Requirements:

· Minimum of two years of experience in the lighting or electrical distribution industry supervising a counter sales team

· Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development

· Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics

· Ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving goals

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Knowledge of CRM or ERP software is preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Physical Demands:

· Ability to perform basic warehousing duties, and interact with various products shelving, pallets, etc.

· Physical conditioning to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time

· Capable of lifting up to 40lbs

· Ability to read and comprehend small print

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
