Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our solutions effectively and fostering long-term relationships. Your expertise in project management and customer service will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, usage patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage accounts effectively.
  • Provide training sessions and resources to help customers maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that align with customer needs.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven account management experience with a track record of driving customer success.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and derive actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Sales experience is beneficial for identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $107,367.00 - $118,047.00 per year
