Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Security Solutions Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role is split between providing hands-on technical expertise and working closely with the Account Management Team to drive client engagement and sell security solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in both client-facing sales and technical implementation, with a strong focus on delivering security assessments, designing solutions, and executing projects aligned with modern security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Account Management Team to sell security assessments and recommend follow-on work.
- Drive sales and implementation of Microsoft Security Solutions, including Microsoft Defender, XDR User Shield, and Sentinel.
- Lead security discussions across other solution areas such as Azure, AWS, Cloud, Network, Data, Dynamics, and AI workstreams.
- Promote and sell SOC (Security Operations Center) Managed Services.
- Technical Implementation:
- Conduct security assessments and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Configure and enforce security policies and controls (e.g., firewalls, endpoints, network ATP, and role-based access).
- Perform systems auditing, gap analysis, and resolution.
- Architect security designs for cloud services, O365, Identity and Access Management (IAM/Entra ID), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Implement and monitor risk management solutions, including Azure Purview, DLP, and AI governance.
- Enable network configuration, systems monitoring, and data forensics.
- Documentation and Governance:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW) for security projects.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and governance policies.
Qualifications:
- Recent and relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Microsoft Security certifications).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Security Solutions and cloud security architecture.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Migration Framework
- Experience in risk management assessments, SOC managed services, and AI governance.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored security solutions.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Hybrid Schedule: Three days per week in the office (Downtown Denver).

Pay: $155,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
