We are seeking a Senior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager in San Francisco, CA .
Essential Functions
Manages the activities for major segment of the corporate banking function.
Reviews and recommends region's objectives , goals and procedures.
Monitors the quality of the work produced.
Ensures adequate staff, materials and procedures are in place for effective operations.
Recommends and implements effective departmental policies and procedures to remain in line with industry trends, market needs and bank objectives .
Controls departmental expenses.
Ensures compliance with all related legal requirements and banking regulations.
Typically has final authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations.
Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors and staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business , finance or a related field and 10+ years of corporate banking experience including 5+ years in managerial role or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Requires extensive in-depth knowledge of corporate banking, banking products and services for a unique market segment. policies, procedures and techniques.
Working knowledge of general banking and/or finace industry.
Strong financial aptitude and broad analytical ability.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both oral and written communications.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
Strong evaluation and problem resolution skills.
Demonstrated management skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $201 ,000 - $275,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
