Sales Manager, Vision Expo

As one of the first shows back post-pandemic, Vision Expo found its’ new identity,
creating new floorplans and neighborhoods to match the excitement and changes
of the Vision industry. Innovation and 'wow' experiences are central to our

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptive individual, ready to take on a sales management opportunity. Must be organized and have experience working across multiple internal teams to achieve magical results for the Vision Expo shows. You will lead a team of sales reps with individual territories. The Sales Manager must implement company initiatives, be well-versed with internal systems and lead by example with their colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales territories. Will identify and manage key growth areas within existing or new territories
  • Training direct reports on company and show initiatives
  • owning projects and exceeding expectations. Driven by a solutions and Value-Based-Selling mindset
  • Working closely with Portfolio Sales Leader and Show Leadership to align strategies for core portfolio growth
  • Managing and implementing pipeline via Salesforce. Leveraging the tool to establish high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales organization
  • Analyzing pipeline and lead data, including Pipeline Forecast, Conversion Rates, Sales needs and growth areas
  • Managing client renewal processes, including onsite strategies at the Shows

Requirements
  • Have prior experience developing and managing a team of sales professionals
  • Be able to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
  • Demonstrate ability to prepare reports and communicate learnings. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Have proven success working in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
