At USA Insulation of Houston, we seek a motivated and experienced
professional with a sales background to assess insulation projects
aiming for a quick, single-visit closure. The perfect candidate will
possess consultative sales experience and engage with customers to
provide insulation services tailored to their requirements. A sales
background in insulation, pest control, HVAC, roofing, or remediation
is preferred.

This position operates on a commission basis, with the opportunity for
additional bonus earnings. The annual salary range reflects what a
successful Sales Representative can potentially earn in this field.

Duties and Responsibilities:**

1. Generate leads and enter data into the CRM system.

2. Travel to residential, commercial, and government locations within
the designated area to conduct estimates for our insulation services.

3. Utilize product samples, resources, and technology to help finalize sales.

4. Network to develop relationships with contractors within the area.

5. Carry out other related tasks as needed.

**Required Skills and Abilities:**

1. The ability to read blueprints is desirable, though not mandatory.

2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is necessary.

5. Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

**Education and Experience:** -

A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related
field is preferred but not essential. –

A high school diploma or GED is required. - Prior experience in
consultative sales is preferred, especially in insulation, roofing,
pest control, or remediation.

**Physical Requirements:** - The job requires extended periods of
walking, standing, crouching, and navigating attics and crawlspaces. -
Must be able to access and move around job sites. - Job sites may be
exposed to high temperatures, confined areas, and heights. - Must be
capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

**Job Types:** Full-time, Part-time

**Salary:** $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually.

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Experience:

Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Northwest, Northeast South West, Southeast of Houston TX (Required).
