Due to growth, we are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented person for an Account Manager role in the Towaco, NJ area. This
is a fast-paced environment, and the position requires that you work from the office in Towaco each day.

In this Account Manager position, you will be working out of the corporate office and will be responsible for delivering the Panova
value proposition to current and prospective customers. Specific job duties will involve maintaining existing accounts while
investigating new applications and opportunities to grow the accounts. You will work closely with company team members to develop
and present the right solution to meet client needs. You will be responsible for processing RFQs, following up on quotes and reviewing
purchase orders received from clients.
Qualifications include:
Required:
3+ years of successful B2B account management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong CRM skills
Computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Video Conferencing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
5+ years of successful B2B account management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Asana or other task management platform experience
Understanding of 3D Models and 2D engineering drawings
Negotiation Skills
