In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base. Salary: $40000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities


Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Generating insurance quotes.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Attend training and continuing education courses.

Handle customer renewals.
