Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Non-Medical Home Care Sales Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a sales team to ensure the achievement of company goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the home care industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
- Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and care management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the home care or healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
