Retail Account Manager (Inside Sales - National Retail)

As we expand into household, automotive, and industrial sectors, we are searching for a motivated and experienced sales professional to help drive our continued growth.

Our patented product line is designed to exceed customer expectations by offering superior performance and delivering exceptional value. With no territory restrictions, this role offers the opportunity to sell into mass retail chains, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and beyond.

Your Role:

As a Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with mass retail buyers to get our product lines onto store shelves.
  • Developing and executing short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Presenting product features and benefits through phone calls, Zoom, emails, and on-site meetings at buyers headquarters.
  • Crafting tailored messaging and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Designing pricing structures that account for rebates and chargeback deductions.
  • Driving sales initiatives across mass retail and online platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including expertise in selling to large retailers such as Home Depot, Lowes, Target or similar organizations.
  • Proven track record in growing companies from startup to multi-channel distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in creating competitive pricing strategies.
  • An ownership mindset with the drive to achieve extraordinary results.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
