We are currently seeking additional Inside Sales Specialists for our corporate office in Irvine, CA. The selected candidates will be a motivated, career focused team players with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company. The position will have them conducting outbound calls to prospective clients. Daily goals are to set meetings for our Account Executives to meet and discuss the prospect's websites, and overall web marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional telephone sales personality and written communication skills
- Good follow through and the ability to qualify leads over the telephone
- Comfortable in a sales capacity and willing to hand off leads to the outside sales team
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Highly energetic and a self-starter, needing little direct supervision
- Heavy phone usage
- Possess team player capabilities with the desire and ability to collaborate and facilitate sales opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop rapport and long-term relationships with our clients

This position has growth potential for someone who is eventually interested in moving into an outside sales (Account Executive) on the Trinet team!
A thorough understanding of our sales cycle, client base and service suite is imperative for success as an Account Executive, thus at least a 1-2 years commitment to the Inside Sales Specialist position is strongly recommended.
