Job Description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a security solutions provider to recruit and hire a full-time Sales Engineer in Nashville, TN.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving growth by designing, installing, and servicing customers' electronic security systems. They will collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Sales Support

  • Assist sales team with system design and engineering.

  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals.

  • Review contracts and RFPs.

  • Assemble submittal packages and closeout documents.

  • Work with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct site visits, including pre-sales, job start-ups, and close-outs.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of electronic security systems, access control, surveillance, fiber optics, and healthcare systems.

  • Possess strong IT and networking skills.

  • Utilize AutoCAD for design and drafting.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the electronic industry focusing on security and surveillance.

  • Associate or technical degree, bachelor's preferred.

  • Strong understanding of access control, surveillance, fiber optics, and electronic systems.

  • Experience designing and drafting through AutoCAD

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to travel to local customer sites

Benefits:

  • Base salary in the 85k-95k range

  • Comprehensive benefits plan (including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401k)

  • Monthly vehicle allowance and fuel card


Pay Details:
$85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
